By subscribing to the service you agree to the following:

1.         Members must be 18 years of age or over.

2.         All selections are given on the understanding that it is for your personal use. Anyone passing information on to a third party will have their account suspended. Under no circumstances must any information be sold or passed on to any other tipping service.

3.         No responsibility can be taken for any loss, financial or otherwise from following any advice given either on this website or within any e-mails and we advise strongly that you should not bet more than you can afford to lose.

4.         TheLayPlace.com cannot accept any responsibility for the failure of members to provide correct email addresses.

5.         TheLayPlace.com cannot be held responsible for the inability of a member to access the information because of a fault with their service provider.

6.         Membership of TheLayPlace may be terminated by TheLayPlace.com, or you, as a subscriber, without notice. 

7.         Results cannot be guaranteed. Past performance is not a guarantee of future success. All advice is given to members to be used completely at their own discretion.

8.         Cancellation of membership is the responsibility of clients. You can cancel your subscription at any time just by logging into your Paypal account and choosing the ‘cancel subscription’ option.

9.         Pre-paid subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the end of a current subscription period. If you cancel before the end of a subscription period, you will be allowed to receive our selections for the whole period you paid for.

10.        You may only use the service for personal use and in accordance with these terms.
